Gold Equipment Protection Plan- $2,995

Length of Plan: 12 Months
Start Date: Upon receipt of funds in full to Vet Consulting Services (VCS)
End Date: 12 months and 1 day after receipt of funds
Coverage includes:

  • Silver Plan Training and Support
  • Repair Service: Parts are invoiced to the Customer at Cost. There is no upcharge for Parts required to Repair. Labor is billed at $100 per 30 minutes and any subsequent 30 minute portion thereof
  • VCS Loaner Program: Digital Imaging System is available at $0 charge to the Customer for seven (7) calendar days. Day 8 and subsequent days are billed at $200 per day and billed in five (5) day increments starting on Day 8. There will be a 30 minute training upon delivery to Customer and is provided at no additional cost

Remote Technical Support Coverage Hours: Monday through Friday, 24 hours per day. Customer to allow 30 minute response time during standard working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Customer to allow 60 minute response time outside standard working hours.

Weekends and National Holidays available 24 hours per day at an additional charge of $100 per 15 minutes. Customer agrees to allow 60 minute response time.

Training Sessions: All sessions to be completed between standard working hours unless agreed to in writing by VCS and Customer.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges

The Plan does not include: x-ray generator repairs, DR accessories, consumables, damage due to misuse or the loss of imaging data. All Data Backup is the sole responsibility of the Customer

Silver Equipment Protection Plan- $695

Length of Plan: 12 Months
Start Date: Upon receipt of funds in full to Vet Consulting Services (VCS)
End Date: 12 months and 1 day after receipt of funds
Coverage includes:

  • Remote Technical Support- 30 minute sessions. $50 per 15 minutes billed if any portion of time is eclipsed
  • Software Training- 30 minute sessions, maximum of 2 per calendar quarter. $50 per 15 minutes billed if any portion of time is eclipsed
